Updated COVID-19 Policy

The Vascular Care Group is currently seeing all patients for in-office appointments. As healthcare providers, the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community remains our number one priority.

As of May 11, 2023, The Vascular Care Group is no longer requiring employees, patients, and visitors to wear disposable medical face masks within the office. Our staff are encouraged to mask during patient care interactions if a patient requests that they do so.

We continue to follow the guidelines put in place by state and local officials in addition to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure a safe experience for all patients. In addition, we continue to enforce strict protocols to ensure the thorough cleaning of all spaces in our offices.

We thank everyone for their continued patience and cooperation during this time.

COVID-19 Procedures

  • All patients and visitors must wear a mask or cloth face covering for in-office visits.
  • Only patients with a scheduled appointment will be allowed to enter the office building. Please call us if a patient requires additional assistance.
  • Upon arrival of a scheduled appointment, please call the office and let us know you are in the parking lot at the location. We will allow you to stay in your vehicle until a cleaned and private room is available for you. We have eliminated our normal wait process to follow social distancing recommendations.
  • The Vascular Care Group will ask all patients a set of screening questions as appointments are made. Please tell us if you have a cough or fever, or believe you have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19. We will review your situation and work with you to make sure you receive appropriate care.

Cleanliness

We continue to enforce strict protocols to ensure the thorough cleaning of all rooms while using hospital grade anti-viral cleaning solutions on a regular basis.

Waiting Procedure

Telehealth

We have continued offering TeleHealth visits to supplement our in-person visits. These are important tools we have utilized to minimize in-office visits, which can be conducted via phone or video on a patient’s cell phone or tablet. Please call the office if you’d like to schedule a virtual visit or receive more information about this program.
